John Lutgens has been a practicing lawyer in Southwest Washington and the Portland metropolitan area since 1992. After graduating from Willamette University, College of Law in 1992, he joined the Portland firm of Sims & Sims. While at Sims & Sims he practiced in criminal defense, personal injury, estate planning & probate, real estate law, commercial fishing law, business transactions, and litigation.
Since 1994, when John Lutgens opened his firm in Vancouver, Washington, he has practiced in multiple areas, including plaintiff’s personal injury, criminal defense, estate planning & probate, business formation and transaction, family law, bankruptcy, and real property law.
John Lutgens is licensed to practice law in Washington and Oregon, with his practice emphasizing criminal defense, estate planning & probate, bankruptcy, family law, and business formation & acquisitions. Legal Assistant / Paralegal
Erin Danielson brings to our firm three years experience as a legal assistant with an Alexandria, Virginia law firm. Prior to joining our firm Ms Danielson worked in the areas of plantiff’s personal injury and criminal defense. After relocating to Vancouver, Washington from Virginia Ms Danielson obtained her Paralegal degree from Clark Community College. While attending Clark Community College, Ms Danielson interned with the law firm of Weber and Gunn and with the Battle Ground Municipal Court. With our firm Ms Danielson is involved in all aspects of our practice and is the primary contact for clients when Mr. Lutgens is not available.
